The OSCE Presence in Albania wishes to engage media outlets for the Central Election Commision (CEC) campaign to raise awareness on Anti-Family voting in the context of the 2011 local elections.
The tender is divided into 2 Lots as follows:
Lot 1 - 153 slots on National Television
Lot 2 - 918 slots on Local Television
The time slots for the airing of the TV spots are pre-defined and the service comprises exclusively air time for broadcasting these TV spots. For full details please request the bidding documents.
