The OSCE currently maintains a network with about 350 mobile subscriptions in its Vienna based Secretariat and field missions. The mobile voice and data services must cover Europe, USA and those geographical areas where the OSCE has its operations.
The objective of this tender is to select a qualified Contractor who shall provide the cost effective and quality mobile voice and data (GPRS, UMTS, Blackberry Enterprise Server etc.) services on the basis of a centrally managed VPN configuration and supply the relevant mobile communication hardware.
