The OSCE currently maintains a network with about 200 mobile subscriptions in its Serbia based mission. The mobile voice and data services must cover Europe, USA and those geographical areas where the OSCE has its operations.
The objective of this tender is to select a qualified Contractor who shall provide the cost effective and quality mobile voice and data (GPRS, UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunication System), Blackberry Enterprise Server etc.) services on the basis of a centrally managed VPN (Virtual Private Network) configuration and supply the relevant mobile communication hardware.
